1. Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Moon Harbor Co within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Moon Harbor Co account.
  2. Navigate to Order History and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions.
  4. Print the prepaid return label we provide and attach it to your package.
  5. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item(s) at the above address, we will inspect them within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement. If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from the clearance section.
  • Gift cards, store credits, or digital products.
  • Items that have been opened, used, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized products unless defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@moonharborco.co with a description and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the 30-day window. We provide a prepaid return label for all qualifying returns. If you choose to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for the shipping cost and we recommend using a trackable service.
